Question 1: What can I expect from the coaching sessions?

You will receive weekly checkins via video calls, 7days a week messaging support, fitness app with detailed videos and tailored workout plans. Before we start the journey we have a one on one assesment call to asses your current lifestlye, habits and goals to better serve you.

Question 2: How long does the coaching process typically take?

The duration of the coaching process varies depending on individual goals and circumstances. Typically, clients engage in coaching for a minimum of three months to achieve meaningful progress and build habits with understanding to then implement forever in their daily lifestyles, so that they don't backtrack moving forward.

Question 3: What if I’m not sure about my goals?

That's perfectly okay! Part of our coaching process involves exploring your Schedule, responsibilities, available options, and aspirations to help you gain clarity on your goals. Together, we’ll uncover what truly matters to you, allowing you to set meaningful and achievable objectives. We adjust the program according to you. e.g. if you don't have access to a gym we can modify and adjust to a workout routine that utilizes what you have available at your dispossal. OR if you are a busy professional that is forced to go to restaurants often to see clients, then we will adjust your nutrition plan accordingly.
